Airport Ground Transportation Association Names New President

SOUTH FLORIDA TRANSPORTATION EXEC TO HEAD AIRPORT ASSOCIATION

Lorraine Celestino Wilde, president of GO Airport Shuttle & Executive Car Service in Fort Lauderdale as well as two other local transportation companies, will be installed as president of AGTA (Airport Ground Transportation Association) at the organization’s spring meeting April 19-22 in Miami Beach.

Wilde has been a member of the national association, which represents ground transportation operators, airport authorities and industry suppliers, since 1986.

A 40-year transportation industry veteran, she is also CFO of The GO Group LLC, an international consortium of airport transportation companies serving more than 60 airports worldwide.

Other industry positions include the TLPA (Taxicab, Limousine & Paratransit Association) Board, the Palm Beach County vehicle for hire advisory committee, the transportation summit committee of the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and the Florida Limousine Association, of which she is a past president.

She has been honored on numerous occasions for heading one of the top women-led businesses in Florida.
