You can book it two ways. Point to point is a single trip: you tell us where you’re starting and where you’re going, and the fare is set before you leave. Hourly keeps your chauffeur and vehicle on hand for as long as you’ve booked, going wherever the day takes you.

What's the difference between hourly and point-to-point?

Point to point is one trip, from A to B, at a fare set before you go. Hourly keeps the vehicle and chauffeur with you for the time you book, going wherever you need. If your day has one destination, book point to point. If it has several stops or it’s a special occasion, hourly is the better option.

What kinds of rides and vehicles can I book?

You can choose SUVs, sedans, and executive vans for private black car service, booked either point-to-point or by the hour. Select locations offer higher-capacity vehicles such as minibuses, private shuttles, and full-size motor coaches.

How far in advance should I book?

If you are booking service for a sporting event or a concert, it is highly recommended you reserve as soon as possible, no less than 48 hours before the event. This ensures a vehicle will be available during peak travel times.

For special events and occasions like a wedding, corporate outing, or conference, reserving hourly charters for a larger group months in advance is recommended. You may also contact the GO team and we can assist you with a customized itnerary.

Can the chauffeur wait between stops?

Yes, which is what hourly booking is for. Your vehicle stays with you for the duration, and you can leave belongings in the car between stops.

Do you serve areas outside major cities?

We operate in and around major metropolitan areas worldwide. Check your city page for the specific service area, or contact us if your destination is outside it.
