All pickups are curbside on the lower level, outside baggage claim. At Terminals 1, 2, and 3, that’s the middle commercial lane, at doors 1D/1E, 2D/2E, and 3D/3E. At Terminal 5, it’s the inner curbside commercial lane, usually door 5D or 5E. When you land, we text you your driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle plate number. Depending on airport traffic, allow 5 to 20 minutes for your vehicle to reach the pickup point.

Book as far ahead as you can, especially during conventions, major events at McCormick Place, Grant Park, or Navy Pier and weekday rush hours, when demand is high and shared ride seats fill first. Advance booking locks your fare and guarantees your vehicle, and it matters most for early-morning departures and late-night arrivals.

We don’t supply child car seats, and you’re welcome to bring your own. Illinois law requires children under age 8 to use an approved child restraint, with rear-facing seats required until age 2. A car seat also takes up luggage space, which is worth factoring in when you choose your vehicle, and a common reason families size up to an SUV or van.
