According to a survey conducted by The GO Group, LLC., provider of GO Airport Shuttle services, 94 percent of its passengers rate the service as good, very good or excellent. The survey was conducted over an eight month time period.
Surveys are sent online to customers three weeks after reservations are complete. Out of the more than 3300 respondents, 50 percent said they have used the service more than once in the past six months. Sixty percent booked it for leisure travel, 21 percent for business and 19 percent for both.
When asked if they would use GO Airport Shuttle again, 93 percent responded “yes” and 92 percent said they would recommend the service to a friend.
The majority of people book their reservations online and 91 percent noted the website is easy to use.
Forty six percent use GO most often to book rides in their home city and 36 percent said their destination city. Almost 18 percent use the service for both.
